You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can visit our homepage directly to easily start the online application. Or click here to apply. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Yes! With an approved application and a security deposit, we will gladly hold your rental for up to 30 days before signing the lease. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. In most cases we only collect a security deposit until a lease is signed. Once the first month rent is paid we will fully execute the lease and allow for move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All occupants 18 and up must apply unless living in the home as a dependent. -
Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit is considered refundable if the terms of the lease have been fulfilled and there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If an application requires a cosigner for any reason, non occupant will be allowed to cosign. Your cosigner must understand they are liable to the terms of the lease just as much as if they were living in the hoe themselves. -
How do I pay rent?
Paying rent is easy with our online tenant portal. If you cannot pay online, you can pay by mail or through our dropbox service located at our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please contact management to get approval on any and all pets. Pet fees are associated with most properties. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
In most cases, this is fine. Please contact management to get specific instructions on what steps you and your roommate will need to take. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We hate to see you go, but understand it happens. Please give 30 days notice either through the tenant portal, email or written notice. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
During your tenancy, you will be held liable for minor and routine maintenance and repairs due to negligence or damage from you, your pets or guests. Repairs resulting from normal usage and life expectancy of the home are normally taken care of by management. Please see Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities and refer to your lease for all terms and conditions.
